We take the finest fresh haddock and cold smoke it slowly over beech wood in the Love Smoked kiln for up to 12 hours – to create a rich and even taste. Most of our haddock is caught by small inshore day boats that fish the North Sea and North Atlantic and only target specific species. This method of fishing produces very few, if any, discards and helps our oceans continue to thrive.

Your Love Smoked delivery is precious cargo
Your order will be packed in a thermal box – with ice packs – to retain its freshness and delivered within 48 hours (a signature will be required). Please move its contents to a fridge as soon as possible. If you expect to be out when we deliver, please let us have your instructions (leave in a safe space, deliver to a neighbour etc.) when prompted to do so. If we try to deliver and get no reply (and have no instructions from you) we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour.
If we can’t deliver to a neighbour, your parcel will be returned to the depot and delivered the following day. Unfortunately, if your order is delivered the next day we cannot guarantee its freshness. By placing an order with us, you agree to take responsibility for its receipt on first attempt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on second day deliveries, or for deliveries that are unsigned for.
